Helped a global radiology company to simplify product demonstrations of various new products in different locations while also reducing costs. 

Challenges

The client is a leading provider of radiology devices and was going to launch its latest range of innovative products in the market.

  • Being a complex and large equipment, logistics of physical product demonstrations at events and client locations was not feasible
  • It was essential to showcase the different configurations aligned to the specific need and situation of the end customers​
  • The requirement was to create a digital platform for product demonstration and configuration that was omni-channel to cater to various situations of customer interactions (events, congresses, sales, etc.) ​

 

Solution

  • Designed the architecture for the digital platform to enable virtual product demonstration and configuration

  • Designed an intuitive UX and UI of the engagement experience across web, mobile and virtual reality

  • Designed cloud architecture for centralized deployment and management of the platform 

  • Built a data tracking capability to capture all the interactions of the customer to enable analytics
